Maya Reddy

My name is Maya Reddy, and I am a costume designer and artist originally from Dallas, Texas. I am a senior at the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts, studying theatre with an emphasis in design. I also have a minor in History from the USC Dornsife School of Letters, Arts, and Sciences.

After graduation, I hope to continue working in costume design and wardrobe in film, television, and theatre. My portfolio displays a variety of work: realized productions, theoretical designs, and costume construction projects. 

In my creative work, I value joyful collaboration above all else. My experience at USC, working on both mainstage and student projects has helped me become a resourceful, cooperative, and adaptable costume designer. Studying history has given me a foundation of research practices to connect historical contexts to evolving fashion trends. In my career, I hope to help tell impactful stories that inspire social change.
